Assistant Principal for the Lower School
The Westminster School at Oak Mountain is seeking an Assistant Principal who, under the direction of the Lower School Head, will work primarily with the kindergarten, first, and second grade classes. Candidates should be excellent verbal and written communicators who can build positive relationships with teachers, students, and families while exhibiting the leadership and organization necessary for the successful operation of the classical school model. They must profess faith in Jesus Christ and be committed to discipling students in the gospel. Candidates must hold a masters degree in elementary education and have at least two years’ teaching experience the in the primary grades. Specialty in early childhood education and background in classical education preferred.
